Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4613 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.1 OS: Synology DSM 6 ((Debug logs)): http://pastebin.com/raw/WWyxZaG9
Description of issue:
Sonarr keeps downloading multiple versions of episodes, and sometimes it replaces old ones, sometimes it does not and they are stuck at “activity” and do not get deleted (not in the queue and not on my harddrive). It does this with old and even unmonitored series. (for example “24”).
My cutoff is set to HDTV for each 720p, 1080p, HDall categories, and HDTV is on lowest priority.
In my logs you should be able to see this happening to homeland s06e03. I can’t figure out myself why it keeps downloading old stuff. This issue appeared since i had to reinstall sonarr and mono. But config was done from scratch.
The debug logs son’t show anything being grabbed, I see that Homeland release being processed in your download client a couple times, but that’s pretty standard since it’s in the history.
We’d need to see ((debug logs)) of the grabbing by Sonarr as well as a screenshot of the quality profile assigned to the series in question.
The episode history of a particular episode may also shed some light, clicking the episode title from the series details page or anywhere the episode is listed and clicking on the history tab and providing a screenshot would help.
I just checked and it (whichever) did it again with Homeland S06E06.
But: It does not appear that the NZB was newly downloaded and added from sonarr.
On the other hand, on debug level Sabnzbd only says: “Adding HomelandS06E06 …” nothing more. So i literally can not comprehend where the NZB gets added from.
I might try to generate new APIs, but i am certain that i don’t have any other instances of sonarr running.
A fresh API key would be a good start. I’m not sure if you can get SAB to log more information than that.
Are you using an RSS feed in SAB?
