Multiple Downloads of the same quality

I had a similar thing happen this past weekend where it downloaded America’s Test Kitchen S17E09 ten consecutive times, same quality.

Unrelated to the thread you posted in as that thread indicates Soanrr did not grab episodes multiple times.

I removed your history because it was impossible to follow, a screenshot would be much better than a copy/paste of a table.

We’ll need the following to investigate further:

Sonarr version (exact version):
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS:

Without ((debug logs)) from when the dupes were grabbed it will be tough to pinpoint exactly what the issue is, but a screenshot of the episode history would be a start.
