White Screen Sonarr On macOS Sierra

Hi there Guys,

I am having a strange issue, just after a reboot my Sonarr web interface is all blanc.
Did not update something on my Mac or so, just rebooted it.

I already tried to change my login method (White Screen after login on Mac OSX) to None but this does not solve anything.
I Also updated Mono to the latest version (4.8) without a solution.

Is there something els I could try? The program itself is fine btw, other apps (like on my smartphone) could still connect to it.

Thnx in advance.

Sonarr version (exact version): Latest version for Mac
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4,8
OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.4
((Debug logs)): (let me know how to make them without web interface and I make them)
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:

We need to know the exact version, the most recent release has a few fixes for this scenario, but we’ll need to know if you’re running that.

We also need the ((debug logs)) or even better in this case ((trace logs)) to see what the issue is.

Hi there.

Thnx for reply.
Here is my Debug Log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lq06euz5j5vt5a7/untitled%20text.txt?dl=0

And my version is not really sure, I cannot check this and cannot find how to check without web interface. In the update log I see, v2.0.0.4689 so maybe this is it.

Could you post the ((trace logs))? They’ll need to cover opening the UI as well so the requests are logged to that file.

unfortunatly there is no Tracelog file.
Can I enable Tracelogs without the UI?

Yeah, you’ll need to set <LogLevel>Trace</LogLevel> in config.xml which is in the ((AppData Directory)).

Thnx, did it > rebooted > tried to use UI > And it gave me this log https://www.dropbox.com/s/ckjpbt0mi91tugj/sonarr.trace.0.txt?dl=0

Based on the logs you’re running version 2.0.0.4472.

Can you install the latest version from: http://download.sonarr.tv/v2/master/latest/NzbDrone.master.osx.zip and upload the logs again?

Thnx! This already fixed my problem. I thought I updated trough the latest version trough UI but good to see there was a newer one.

Is there still need for uploading logs? Maybe for trouble shooting this problem and fixing is for others?

That’s great! If it’s working I don’t think the logs will help here.
