Unable to Add New Series by title search

I have the same problem with the series Shark. http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=79388&lid=13 and Sonarr keeps complainting about There Was An Error Searching For ‘Shark’.
If the series title contains non-alphanumeric characters try removing them, otherwise try your search again later.

Can I manually add this series? Because I get the same when I try to import the series from Disk…

Add it by using tvdb:79388 in the search field. Apparently this search term breaks the search API on TheTVDB…

Setting up sonarr and have an issue trying to add the show Switched at Birth when ever I try to either add existing series from disk or even if I just try to add new series and type switched I get this error.

this shows up right after I type the “D” in switched. The error does not show up with just switche however it cannot find the show. any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. attempting to add by typing tvdb:247773 is unsuccessful as well. I’ll hold tight for a fix.

wondering if there has been any info on this issue. I am still unable to add Switched at Birth either thru the ID or name. Noticed the same issue still for Shark. the open thread on the TVDB forum seems to say it was resolved but the issues still prevailing

It was working a few days ago, I updated the post there, its the same issue on their side again.

Apparently the api is capitalization dependant:

The above quoted query link is correct…

http://www.thetvdb.com/api/getseries.php?seriesname=shark

While the second link (notice the two non-capitalized letters…) does not…

But the real problem is the 79388 returning <Airs_DayOfWeek>Čtvrtek</Airs_DayOfWeek> which makes the tvdbproxy lib we’re using bork coz it expects an english weekday.

Reminder to markus that we should get search on skyhook merged in.

Hey! dunno what was fixed and on what end but was able to add the series switched at birth now…from the looks of it shark worked as well for the other guy.
