Sonarr not renaming/moving files

Sonarr version: 2.0.0.5163
Mono version: 5.8.0.108
OS: Synology DSM 6.1.6-15266
Debug logs: Video File Info Reader - "Unable to parse media info from file: /volume1/NZBGet/Complete/TV Shows/Jersey.Shore.Family.Vacation.S01E10.Meatball.Training.Day.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.H.264-NTb English/bdc8ed90f4a0431bb188751cd0defb25.mkv: Access to the path "/volume1/NZBGet/Complete/TV Shows/Jersey.Shore.Family.Vacation.S01E10.Meatball.Training.Day.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.H.264-NTb English/bdc8ed90f4a0431bb188751cd0defb25.mkv" is denied."

Detect Sample - "Failed to get runtime from the file, make sure mediainfo is available"

Description of issue:

Sonarr isn’t renaming and moving SOME tv show episodes. I have noticed this is happening with specific TV shows, some rename/move fine, while others get stuck in my /Completed folder and need manually renaming and moving. Files that cause issue are usually named like “1bcd22a826c24a4aa1eefcd5e8362ee6.mkv”

User, folder and group permissions are completely open. I don’t believe it’s a permissions issue because as I’ve said, Sonarr is doing what it should be for some shows, but not all.

My issue is near identical to the one discussed here: SONARR: Unable to determine if file is sample

libmediainfo may need to be updated, in your case that comes from the synology package, which is not maintained by us.

Occasionally new files can’t be parsed because they differ from what mediainfo expects.
