Sonarr "forgets" the files of a series

Something weird I noticed today:
Sonarr seems to have lost/forgotten the files for a series.
I once imported them manually because the filenames were not really parseable and had Sonarr rename them. Now I have a nice folder structure, like “TV Shows\Seriesname\Season 01\Seriesname - S01E01 - Jet Assisted Chevy (SDTV - Sonarr).mp4”

So they once were correctly added, but now every episode says “missing from disk” and the “tags” on top of the series page claims “0 B 0 files”. Manually scanning disk doesn’t help:
15-9-14 20:36:15.5|Info|RefreshSeriesService|Updating Info for Seriesname
15-9-14 20:36:16.4|Info|RefreshEpisodeService|Starting episode info refresh for: [73388][Seriesname]
15-9-14 20:36:16.8|Info|RefreshEpisodeService|Finished episode refresh for series: [73388][Seriesname].
15-9-14 20:36:17.6|Info|DiskScanService|Scanning disk for Seriesname
15-9-14 20:36:20.7|Info|DiskScanService|Completed scanning disk for Seriesname

Is there some form of checksum on the files that are being compared to, because the files in question are not your typical scene releases.

That looks an awful lot like a Mythbusters episode.

With that in mind, check out Mythbusters no longer show I have any episodes and Mythbusters--large change on tvdb caused undesired searches for all old episodes - #2 by bfir3

Ha, didn’t think to actually take in account it might have to do with the series itself.
So yes, this seems like the same issue, I’ll continue monitoring the existing threads, thanks.
