Refresh Series task getting stuck overtime

Evening all,

I have been using Sonarr for a few months now and am currently on build 2.0.0.3357.

Previously i used a number of alternative programs but have to say this is my preferred one!

The only issue i have is that whenever the refresh series task runs it gets stuck on the same programme, meaning half of my library is never refreshed. The pop up in the bottom corner shows the programme it gets stuck on and then pops back to the first show again and this just loops.

I have removed the programme it always got stuck on but now it just sticks on the next show in the list alphabetically.

Please could somebody advise me how to sort this.

Please advise which, if any, logs are best to look it in this situation.

OS, mono version (unless running on Windows) and trace logs of a refresh would be the first things we’d need to see.

Its running in a docker on my unread server.

Just replicating now to attain the log so will get that back ASAP

Please post the contents of the log file to hastebin, instead of posting inline and a copy paste of stdout.

Those are still some 3rd party logs, not the logs from Sonarr directly, but they show mediainfo crashing, which looks similar to this issue: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/issues/742

Which version of media info?
Which version of mono?

Sorry thats the only log i knew of.

4.0.2 (Stable 4.0.2.5/c99aa0c Mon Jul 13 18:57:35 UTC 2015)

im not sure about media info… how can i find that?

Log files in Sonarr are in System: Logs : Log Files.

Look for mediainfolib, usually it has a symlink to the specific version.
