Rebooted my machine and now it will not start, tried uninstalling (made backups of course), reinstalling to no avail. Uninstalled the service and tried to reinstall but it will not start up.

Any help is appreciated. - Thanks

Same issue as here, looks like a problem with the OS.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to run netsh.exe http show urlacl and i received the following. The handle is invalid.

Unfortunately, in that case its a problem with something in your system, not something Sonarr is doing wrong. Sonarr needs that command to work so it can register its URL.

Not sure if this will help, but a similar issue when installing VS 2012, with a possible solution is here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/smondal/archive/2013/04/12/ddset-error-internal-error-1060.aspx

Thanks for your help, unfortunately before you had a chance to reply I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 (especially to get rid of the nag) since it was a Windows issue and did not feel like creating a Win7 Stick. It fixed all my issues and Sonarr is back up (after I put back my backup). All is well, except now I am stuck on Win10. But again thank you.
