[WIN7] Errors in startup

Hello all. Im having an issue getting this setup today, and have searched everywhere for an answer, and can’t find one…

I can get through the installation (installed as a service) but it won’t start. This is the error I am getting:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, and most of them I get this error, and a couple of times, I got it to start (bring up the web browser) but the service won’t start, giving the same error:

Cant seem to find anything out about this part… Any tips?

Are you able run netsh.exe http show urlacl at the command prompt?

Thanks for the reply markus. I ended up just rebuilding the machine, and got it working now. I had used this machine for lots of thing in the past, and who knows what could have been the issue.

Now just trying to figure out how to move them to a mapped drive…
