Running in unRAID 6.12.2 issue started just in the past few days.
I will scan for missing episodes, the activity queue remains empty, but Nzb shows the download. Once it’s finished sonarr moves it and categorizes it properly.
It never shows up in the activity queue, that remains blank. Once it’s finished it will show in the activity history.

I performed the housekeeping task as well as every other task. I then restarted sonarr with no change.
