Wrong language searched

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.7.1477
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.12.0.122
OS: DietPi
Description of issue:
When searching for a chapter, look for the title in different languages, not only Spanish, and the language of the chapter is not in Spanish. The lenguage preset in sonarr config is the Spanish too.

However, if you search the page for an example indexer with the title in Spanish, that chapter appears in Spanish.

How can it be done to look for the title in Spanish in sonarr?

That does not solve my doubt, because it has searched for an identical title in the DonTorrent indexer but not in the BitSearch one (it has been translated into English). But if we go to BitSearch and search in Spanish, it does appear.

What’s confusing?

If you need another alias for a series - foreign language included - submit a scene mapping request.

How can the FAQ entry be improved to clarify that?

If sonarr is sending the correct aliases and the tracker is failing to respond with the results - that has nothing to do with Sonarr
