Windows cannot find system.enterpriseservices.wrapper.dll

Description of issue:

Using Windows 10x64 - after restart I get this message:

windows cannot find system.enterpriseservices.wrapper.dll. The error box calls this an “epic fail.”

A search of my files shows many files of that name in various directories. I reinstalled Sonarr and restarted the system, but that didn’t solve the problem. From what I can get from Google, it appears to be a database problem.

Re-installed .net framework; reinstalled sonarr; rebooted - no help. Same error.

This isn’t something I’ve seen before, but with Sonarr v4 it should either ship with that DLL or not be required.
