Why has my Rarbg indexer randomly stopped working?

Sonarr version: 2.0.0.4197
OS: Windows 10 64bit

So as the title says, my Rarbg indexer has randomly decided to bite the dust.
I try to re-add it and it comes up with “Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details”

Here is what the log says: Unable to connect to indexer: HTTP request failed: [403:Forbidden] [GET] at [https://torrentapi.org/pubapi_v2.php?get_token=get_token]

I have searched the forums and attempted the ‘http://’ workaround, but neither the http or https torrentapi’s are working.

KAT is totally fine, just Rarbg I am having the problem with.

Please help.

403:Forbidden - The request was a valid request, but the server is refusing to respond to it. 403 error semantically means “unauthorized”, i.e. the user does not have the necessary permissions for the resource.

(From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes)

Its being blocked on their end, why, we don’t know.

Or isp blocking it. just try the url in your browser, might have more info.

Thanks for the replies guys. I tried both the http and https url’s in my browser and both are ‘403 Forbidden’.
I thought maybe it was my VPN, but I disabled that and still no access.
Also tried on my main PC and also blocked, as well as on my 4G mobile connection which is the same provider as my internet, so I’m guessing they have just blacklisted the website?

Same issue here, did you resolve this issue?

Same issue, however if I put [https://torrentapi.org/pubapi_v2.php?get_token=get_token] in browser it appears to load…
