Why didn't Sonarr import my download? (because of the file name?)

I used Sonarr to search for a TV episode and download it from NzbGet.

The NZB/RAR name was something like “My TV Show-S01E01.rar”. NzbGet downloaded and extracted it, but the video file was a random name like “aksjdfMNjznvaaA.mkv”.

NzbGet correctly downloaded it to \downloads\Television\My TV Show\aksjdfMNjznvaaA.mkv.

However, NzbDrone never imported it. Here is what it showed:

  • Episode grabbed and sent to download client
  • Episode downloaded successfully and picked up from download client
  • Episode file deleted

Did NzbDrone not import it because of the extracted video file name?

Probably a combination of the name and and the path (it will fall back to the path), it’d be helpful to see the logs (debug would be best) and the full path (with the nzb name) so we can see if we can improve it.

Thanks for the reply.

I’m also getting an error about Not enough free space. I’ve created a debug log here: http://paste.ubuntu.com/9384483/

I’m using Linux with NFS (mounted with AutoFS) and I have several terabytes free. My local hard drive only has 40 GB though (but that’s not used as any kind of storage).

Do I need to enable skipfreespacecheckwhenimporting?

Yes, its being rejected because of that.

The file name might be an issue, there is an error being logged, but given the error I’d expect the process not to run at all and not check the disk space.
