Yes, I get the same result. With both browsers.
Sonarr does appear in Activity Monitor.
It looks like it is running. However, I don’t see anything on the screen.
I tried chrome again, still not luck.
Also,
I just created a new user on the Mac to see if my profile could have been corrupted.
Even on the new profile, it has the same issue.
Anything different in the logs?
Is there any error message or is the page completely blank?
If you’re able to in the browser’s developer’s console to check the network connections and see what error is coming back from the server.
Hi,
I have updated the logs for you. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8H7U61XM_7OWGRweVF6dnZDUVE
.
I did notice that Activity monitor is shows a lot of CPU usage for something that is not working.
Also, I have now installed Opera. I get this error when I tried to connect to Sonarr.
Sorry for the delay.
for some reason, I did not get an email of your response.
Yes, I have tired reinstalling sonarr.
Still no luck with that.
Process I followed.
Used app remover to uninstall sonarr.
Then, accessed ~/.config/
where i deleted the sonarr directory.
Downloaded brand new copy of sonarr.
Installed.
Tested.
Still not working.
I am going to do a reintall of the OS, just to rule that out.
Hello team,
I have just finished a 2 day reinstall of my OS.
Sonarr is now working.
What I did notice however was when I installed Sonarr this time, it specifically requested a Mono update, (Since it was not installed to begin with). When I was trying to resolve the issue before, I did not attempt to reinstall Mono.
Current version of Mono.
MonoFramework-MDK-4.8.0.520.macos10.xamarin.universal.
Maybe this would have explained my issue.
Since it is now working, I have copied the backup data back into Sonarr. Everything seems to be back up and working.
Is there any information you would like from my end, just in case you want to work out what happened?
Cheers
