Where can I see reasons for blacklisting?

I’ve been having seemingly random issues with ep’s getting blacklisted. I can see the list of blacklisted items, but I can’t see any quick easy way to see WHY it was blacklisted.

If I could see why I could probably figure it out on my own.

EDIT:
Ok, This weeks Gothan & Forever both released by Diminsion seem to be failing nzb’s b/c of health. But they don’t seem to pick up on my torrentleech account. Which is confusing.

History or Episode Activity will show you whats going on.
