Whatbox problem

Hi Appreciate any help,

I installed Sonarr using the installation guide on whatbox. I got onto it and set a password as advised. I could not fins the restart command - stupid I know - and i clicked the interface button to restart.

Now when i login to the server, i get the four balls moving back and forth perpetually.

What information do you need from me to help solve this problem?

Check the log files for errors, also try another browser.

Thats the start of the log file during startup, you’ll need to look for an error later when connecting to Sonarr.

Also check the browsers dev tools for any errors.

Looks like one of the JS files was cached incorrectly, in Chrome’s dev tools on the network tab check the Disable cache and then refresh the page.

Are you able to change the port? It would be in /mnt/sdu1/jones/NzbDrone/Config.xml, getting a 401 response from the API is odd, that shouldn’t happen, also able to bring up API endpoints without supplying an API key, which isn’t possible.

A few things to try:

  1. Try another port
  2. Rename the config file so its regenerated
  3. Re-install Sonarr
