Lots of reasons, typically, an upgraded quality or a proper/repack.
But not only the labels were exactly the same but the file size was too. The only difference is the timing between the two - like a 4 hour gap.
Episode history might show some information, but without debug logs it’s difficult to impossible to guess what happened.
