I’m migrating from sickbed, and I don’t know what the RSS sync option is for the providers. Does it need to be enabled? Does it have something to do with automatically downloading new shows?
RSS Means it will pull it down as soon as it sees it without the need to search manually or wait for an automatic search.

So the RSS sync doesn’t have anything to do with the RSS feature of my search provider? I use that one to bookmark movies and another machine with sabnzbd+ downloads those, so I just want to make sure nothing wonky will happen.
Not those custom RSS feeds, just the RSS feeds they publish based on categories (in this case TV, both SD and HD).
If you disable RSS within Sonarr it would disable the automated grabbing it does and would require you to search for things automatically.
