Description of issue:

I’ve been importing some episodes and see weird behavior like this:

Name:
Star.Wars.Rebels.S01E10.DVDRip.x264-BRAVERY
Source:
/downloads/unsortedsonarr/Star Wars Rebels S01E10 DVDRip x264-BRAVERY/Star.Wars.Rebels.S01E10.DVDRip.x264-BRAVERY.mkv
Imported To:
/shows/Star Wars Rebels/Season 01/Star Wars Rebels - S01E08.mkv

additionally, the idx and sub files are stripped off.

The difference in numbering is due to the default scene mapping on http://thexem.de/xem/show/3071.
Currently, sadly, TheXEM doesn’t (yet) support mapping different numbering styles (scene, p2p, dvd) which occasionally are different.
I don’t know if that applies here. But that’s why. But check the video itself to see which episode it actually is, might shed some more light on it.

.idx/.sub: Extra files to be imported can be specified in Settings->Importing->Import Extra Files. Which allows you to specify the extensions.(probably ‘srt, sub, idx’ in your case)
