V5 authentication setup not appearing on first run

Sonarr version (exact version): 5.0.0.2668
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 19045.7807
Debug logs: Will provide if needed
Description of issue: I am using v4 and decided to install v5 on another PC. On first run of v5, sonarr asks for a username and password, instead of providing the first run authentication setup. I uninstalled v5, made sure C:\ProgramData\Sonarr had been deleted and installed v5 again. It still wanted a username and password. After uninstalling v5 again, I deleted all folders named sonarr in C:\, cleaned my registry and cleared localhost password from browser password manager. I installed v5 again, but it still asks for a username and password. I shut it down, changed config.xml to <AuthenticationRequired>DisabledForLocalAddresses</AuthenticationRequired> and gained access to sonarr. I see it has a username called sonarr and a masked password.
Changing config.xml to
<AuthenticationMethod>None</AuthenticationMethod> did not get the authentication setup to appear. Sonarr changed this back to
<AuthenticationMethod>Forms</AuthenticationMethod> on shutdown/restart.

I can’t see that this would be a bug as it would have been caught in testing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

With v5 Sonarr now sets a default username and password if one isn’t configured, the username is sonarr and the password is logged in the log file during start up. Similarly if you press Forgot Password on the login screen some additional information on resetting the password with a reset token logged in the log file.

Thank you. I found the password and logged in without any problem.
