V4 startup exemption 'error creating main databse'

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.09
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 10
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Sonarr won’t run after install

Yo!

Was running v3 and tried upgrading tonight to 4. It gives me the ’ C:\ProgramData\Sonarr\config.xml is denied’ error and then I try to run as administrator. After I try that, it says there’s an’ error creating the main database.’

Not sure what the issue is or where to start trying to fix it but is anyone able to help me fix this?

I have attempted to install with both x64 and x32 architecture and the problem persists regardless of which version. x32 doesn’t cause ‘.xml is denied’ issue but still results in the main database error.

I did make sure to unmap my drive as a network drive for the install but it doesn’t seem like that helped at all. Also, tried doing both install methods as system try option or windows service. Really don’t know what to do because everything I have tried changes nothing.

I could do a manual install but I do not know the steps as to how to do that properlly without assistance or even if that will solve this error. Not sure how to go back to 3 either now that I have unistalled. What was the point in doing a backup before installation if I can’t go back to v3? Is there a way to save my system or is there no one who can help me with thise?
