Would anyone have a link to download and install V3 of Sonarr? My DB will not restore in V4 and I have many years of data on it and don’t want to start over.

Sound like your DB corrupt and fails in v4 because of the migrations that touch a lot of the database that previously went untouched.
Definitely best to try and repair the DB and stick with v4 long term.
