**Sonarr version 2.0.0.5153 **: Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): Windows 10 V 10.0.16299: ((https://drive.google.com/open?id=18JGJOVX8fkFCVv5aysr3gsAgeLzJJHsq)): (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document) Description of issue: Hi, I set up Sonarr and Sabnzbd about a year ago using instructions found on google. Everything worked fine for a long time then I started getting errors and now everything is an error. I hadn’t changed anything. Problem is the files get downloaded, sabnzbd says “completed” but Sonarr shows a purple line for download progress at 100% and looking in the incomplete/sonar/episode folder, I see a bunch of files in the episode folder. Looks like the file is not getting unpacked and put into the appropriate folder. I’m pretty new to trying to config/fix. Both Sonarr and Sabnzbd are on the same computer which is on a VPN.
Looking at some other posts, I turned off “Completed download Handling” and now the RARs are processed into an MKV (good) and moved to the “completed” folder. That is progress but still not getting to the episode folder I designated in Sonarr. If the download is not RAR files, it just sits in the incomplete folder and doesn’t get processed at all.
Take a look on SAB’s side, it should be dealing with them or logging something I’d expect, or because it’s a release without RAR files it doesn’t know what to do, but nothing Sonarr can do to exclude those. If they’re coming from a single indexer, it might be worth disabling it and replacing it.
