AppData directory /var/snap/sonarr/common
Startup directory /snap/sonarr/319/Sonarr

Error Message:
Cannot install update because startup folder ‘/snap/sonarr/319/Sonarr’ is not writable by the user ‘root’.

Either that folder needs to be writable by the user running Sonarr or if snap is like docker and should be treated as immutable then the process to update would be to update the snap.
