The series is “The Royals” and the release The.Royals.S01E06.1080p.WEB-DL.DD2.0.H.264.1-SbR is marked as unknown:
there are two shows with that name, tvdb:279854 (2013) and tvdb:288963 (2015).
if the indexer tagged that file with a tvdb id matching the 2015 variant then it wont match your show, even though the name is correct.
a later version of v3 allows you to download it anyway so you might want to consider upgrading
