Unknown exception: The operation has timed out - Deluge

I cannot set up deluge as the download client. Deluge 1.3.13. I can access it in the webui just fine, but trying to link to sonarr I consistently get “Unknown exception: The operation has timed out”

Update: It seems to work ok when my VPN is disabled. I am running CyberGhost VPN. I am not sure why this would interfere with Sonarr’s connection to Deluge, they are both on local host

Resolution: changing the host in sonarr from “localhost” to the local IP “192.XXX.X.XXX” solved the issue
