Undo "Ignore Download"

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.15.2941
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.0.15.2941-ls293 by linuxserver.io
OS: Unraid (Docker)
Debug logs: N/A
Description of issue: Hello! I have accidentally marked a few downloads with the “Ignore Download” option in the Activity page. I want to undo this. The downloads are still present in my Deluge instance, and labeled appropriately, but I cannot figure out how to get Sonarr to see them again. I have cleared my blocklist but they weren’t showing in there to begin with. I know they are the exact torrent in Deluge as shown in a Sonarr search because when I try to re-send them to Deluge from Sonarr I get an error: Failure: [Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): <class ‘deluge.error.AddTorrentError’>: Torrent already in session (f#######################). ] (code 4).
Those are real numbers after the f but I wasn’t sure if they were sensitive info.

Thank you to any help you can provide!

The easiest way would be to remove the series and re-add them (make sure file names have all important information so nothing important is lost).

A more surgical/hands dirty way would be to remove those items from DownloadHistory in sonarr.db (SQLite).
