Unable to parse media info from file

OS: Windows 10

Description of issue:
I can import manually through the web interface but auto stopped working after upgrading to v4.

Failed to get runtime from the file, make sure ffprobe is available
Unable to parse media info from file: D:\Downloaded\Chicago.Fire.S11E21.480p.x264-mSD\Chicago.Fire.S11E21.480p.x264-mSD.mkv: Expected depth to be zero at the end of the JSON payload. There is an open JSON object or array that should be closed. Path: $ | LineNumber: 0 | BytePositionInLine: 3634.

I have tried everything.
*Changed from running as a service to startup as local admin.
*Fresh install and import.
*Changed from Sabnsbd to NZBGet and back.
It is also happening in Radarr.

So many hours wasted trying to fix so finally I gave up and am here asking for help :slight_smile:

Boot to safe mode with networking, see if the issue continues.
