Anyone figure this one out? I restarted my computer this morning and I am having the same issue.
Check out the log files to see why its failing to start.
Knowing which OS you’re using as well as Sonarr and mono (if applicable) versions is very helpful.

I have the same issue on an ongoing basis. I am running Win 10 just recently started using Sonar.
I have taken a look at the log files and got this:

I am unable to end the Nzbdrone process in task manager so not sure if its sonar windows chrome my firewall or my stupidity that is preventing me from accessing the UI. (Pretty sure its the latter) 
In any case any help is appreciated.
Restart your computer so the existing process terminates, until its terminated Sonarr will be unable to start a new instance.
