Description of issue:
Hi, I cannot login to Sonarr. I have tried changing the to ‘None’ but it still asks me for authentication. Problem started when I was installing Sonarr and tried to update to the new version of Sonarr in settings. It then logged off and now I cannot login. Please help
Did you restart Sonarr after changing the authentication method in the file? That file is read at startup and authentication settings don’t change while Sonarr is running.
Hi, I think I changed the file without stopping sonar. I did close it but did not stop the process. I’ll give that a try. Thanks
