Description of issue: Sonarr is unable to detect the show “Isekai Maou To Shoukan Shoujo No Dorei Majutsu” when I try to download it automatically or manually. It says Release Rejected * Unknown Series when I try to search for it manually.

You need to add the series with the English title, the one you have added is wrong and will eventually be removed:

The “issue” is there is a mapping on thexem.de remapping to that title to the series with the English title (which is correct).
