"Unable to connect to the remote server"

Hi,
I am using nzbdrone on my main desktop PC without any problems. Now I installed it on my new media PC in the living room and cant get it to work no matter what I try so my last hope are you guys!

I have installed it without any problems, added sabnzb (which is installed on the same machine) and now when I try to add the indexer the problems start.

Trying to add the indexer, searching for a series, checking for nzbdrone updates nothing works and all results more or less in the same error:

Message
Request Failed: Unable to connect to the remote server

Exception
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server —> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:51182

at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception)

I dont really get what this is trying to tell me? Why is it trying to access something on my local machine when I search for a series or an update? And more important why is it refused?

And ideas? Thanks a lot!!

Cheers

Fab

Drone doesn’t connect to anything running on that port, unless you have SAB or an indexer set to use that port.

More context to the logs would be helpful.

Hi sorry I figured it out! For some reason there was a “Tunneling Adapter” installed and when I deleted it via device manager it worked! Still no clue how it got there but nvm it works and I like it! Thanks for the help though!
