Unable to connect NZB indexer, URL works when using Curl

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5338
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.6.0.161
OS: Debian 10

Description of issue: Timeout while connecting to indexer

Since last week, Sonarr has trouble connecting to NZB indexers. The operation will time out.
However, when I’m using curl to the same URL from the error, I can connect just fine.
The torrent indexers are working fine as well, anyone able to shine a light on what is going wrong here?
