Lol, all good, I appreciate the help! Hopefully I can get this ironed out somehow. I contacted my provider about a firewall and I’ll update the information once I receive it. If somehow we come to a resolution I will post the resolution here so that if someone else has the same issues it might help them.
Okay so my seedbox has responded to me that there is no firewall.
I gave the representative my Log ins and he came to the conclusion that instead of using the host name I should use the IP address which was ```
http://185.56.20.17:23881

I see that the IP address resolves to another host than what you provided above so I’m guessing they have some sort of load balancer that thus can mess with the setup sonarr would require.
