Unable to add some series (New user)

OS: Windows 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Description of issue: I’m a new Sonarr user and was trying to add my current series to the database. I successfully added 17 series and 8 are unable to be added. When I click on the green plus the error log that’s generated is the first pastebin located above. When I attempt to add it via the tvdb:##### code the second pastebin error log is what’s generated. All of my files are organized precisely and in the same way so I assume this is some error with TVDB that’s affecting some linking but not all. I’m not familiar enough with Sonarr (yet) to really speculate on anything more than that but hopeful that some logs and maybe a little more info from me may help someone figure out what could be wrong.

Which series are you trying to add? The TVDB ID would be helpful.

Issue:
Adding new or Searching for any Series fails (log below). Using the same URL on my PC gets a proper response immediately.

i can manually open http://skyhook.sonarr.tv/v1/tvdb/search/en/?term=titan%20games from my web browser no issues and sonarr finds and adds The Titan Games without any issues

maybe try again and see if it was just a temporary issue?

if its working on your browser but not in sonarr then do you force sonarr to go via a VPN?
