Unable to add shows to database

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.0.263
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 10

Description of issue: Trying to add new shows to my database. Unable to add. Check pastebin for issues. Just started happening with the new update.

Thanks for the info, the next release will fix this, but in the mean time you can change the option to something else and then back to all before submitting.
