Unable to add SABnzbd to sonarr

hello,

I had SABnzbd setup in Sonarr and Radarr, but some reason it won’t work anymore.

I have Sabnzbd, sonarr and radarr all in docker containers on my Synology DS920
everything worked perfectly for months and months

then just a few days ago Sonarr kept giving me an error that it couldnt connect to SABnzbd anymore.

I have attached some screenshots for you guys to help me.

FYI, your SAB api key is in your second screenshot, which isn’t a huge deal if it’s not exposed to the internet and you don’t also post your public ip address, but still…
It’s also difficult to help without the debug logs or any of the information requested in the template:

Additional Information:

  • Information on the log files is here: Sonarr Troubleshooting | WikiArr
  • Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings
  • Post the log file, not a line or two, or just the error from the Logs table
  • Post the full log to one of the sites recommended in Logging and Log Files section of the wiki
  • Do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document

I had the same problem, your installation seems to be in docker container and certainly in bridge mode, try the address 172.17.0.1 instead of 10.0.0.73
