Transmission on Windows Will not work

I installed Transmission on Windows which now exists.
The downloads will not work since it assumes it is on Linux or Mac it adds the wrong slash.

Example:

E:\Media/Show/Subfolder

Because it adds / Transmission cannot find the path and gets a download error.
