when I search for a show I get an error in the logs about trakt.tv still being down. I was just poking around on the trakt website i found an API of https://api.v2.trakt.tv and when I replace that url with the one in the error I get return data. Is this something that has changed.

No change required, as announced here: Trakt Maintenance Sunday/Monday (PST) they’re doing an upgrade.
thanks i saw that post but was able to get to the trackt site, so i thought maintenance was done. Sorry, will be patient… just found sonarr this morning and kinda chomping at the bit to get it all worked out.
They ran into some issues during their migration (things never go as planned during upgrades in my experience), but they’re actively working on it, no ETA has been provided as of yet. Hopefully you can play around with it later tonight.
