Torrents not extracting 100% But Added Anyway

Hi, I’m having issues where a torrent is searched, added, downloaded but not extracted 100% but then added to the relevant folder anyway. It shows as an error in sonarr and extraction failed on the synology download station. Have I got some settings wrong?

I’m using a DS716+ and synology download station. Sonarr is hosted on the synology.

Please help.
