I’ve been trying to use Sonarr to find some Asian TV series. I realise there’s not a lot readily available, but what is available on Kickass and Nyaa isn’t appearing in search results.
E.g., I added the Korean TV series Pinocchio (2014) as a test, which I know has verified torrents on Kickass and Nyaa:

The search results contain nzb’s but no torrents.
Since they use absolute numbering make sure you select Anime as the series type.
The naming might also be an issue since it doesn’t contain 2014 in the release name, in which case you can add it to our list [here] (Scene Naming (TVDB Naming Conflicts)) and we’ll add it.
The E prefix in some of the file names might also be an issue, as its not standard.
If I select Anime as series type, then it finds nothing at all, not even nzb’s. I already added the SD and HD TV category numbers to the Anime categories field in the indexer settings.
It’s probably the naming. Anyway, it’s nothing major. If there were more Asian series on Usenet, then that’d be a different story…
You need to add the anime category (unless there are actually other categories), but its usually just the one.
Sorry, I meant I added the SD and HD TV categories as well. I already had the Anime category in there.
