So . . .the trello card says this is done, which makes me think I should be able to put in any torrent site I want (no garuntees it’ll work).
But I can’t find how (usually means I’m blind).

No that isn’t possible atm.
The item on the trello card you’re talking about was to allow you to be able to utilize http proxies. Previously the site urls could no be changed.
