Running sonarr in proxmox LXC with plenty of RAM, CPU etc. When I add multiple tv series or one series that has multiple seasons, resulting in a large number of downloads to process, it begins crashing. Or rather the web ui becomes unresponsive but eventually becomes reachable again. this happens several times until the downloads are complete. logs always indicate the same error:

“As of “05/07/2024 02:15:00 +00:00”, the heartbeat has been running for “00:00:03.4443933” which is longer than “00:00:01”. This could be caused by thread pool starvation.”

Proxmox storage for LXC is all SSD drives. Plex, Sonarr, and SabNZBD all run in LXC and connect to a shared storage volume on Proxmox for handling downloads before sending off to the primary media storage on a synology nas. Using hardlinks. It seems that disk I/O is pretty high when processing a long queue of files. Just doing a single movie in radarr however, or a single episode in sonarr doesnt impact or cuase it to throw that error. See sonarr trace file below. any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix?
