"There was an error loading this page" (suspect due to custom filter)

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.790
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): V5.20.1.19
OS: QNAP
Debug logs: TypeError: Cannot read property ‘name’ of undefined
Description of issue: I have been using Sonarr without issue for a few months now, however, after finally getting my quality and release profiles set-up the way I wanted them I created custom filters in both series and mass editor to identify and change series profiles. At some point I renamed the profiles that were tied to the custom filters and now both series and mass editor give me “There was an error loading this page” errors. I can only assume it is happening because it is attempting to apply a custom filter that no longer exists, however, I can not figure out how to fix the issue.

Please post the full stack trace from the UI error.

Ended up completely reinstalling Sonarr due to another issue and this has been resolved.
