The Family (2016) metadata confusion

Hi!

This isn’t a major annoyance or anything, just wondering why it’s happening.

Every week The Family downloads but is matched as The Family Law. So I do a manual fix incorrect match and The Family (2016) - the correct show - is the first on the list, followed by The Family Law (2016).

Then inevitably it will download a repack at some point, and that will again be tagged as The Family Law. Any ideas? I don’t have this on any other show.

I have the exact same issue with that exact show. It drives me nuts. I know that it is an easy fix in Plex to re-match it, I just don’t understand why it does this. Is this a Sonar issue or a Plex issue?

Sounds like a Plex issue, Sonarr can only tell Plex to rescan it.

I dont have any issue with The Family, it is processed correctly from nzb indexers and put on the correct directory and KODI finds it as The Family (2016) so as markus says this is a plex issue probably and not sonarr’s fault
