[Synology NAS] Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr:

I switched from Sickchill to Sonarr recently and after setting up Sonarr I run into an issue that I just can’t solve myself.
I have tried everything but the same error comes back over and over in the log.

When Sonarr tries to move the downloaded files to the right locations I get this error with every downloaded file.
I have searched and have seen a lot of these topics with the same issue but none of them helped me fixing my issue.

So I looked at the folder and permissions on my Synology DS418 and they were set to SC-Download for the mappings folder with all permissions exept take over ownership.
That is what I have set according the Sonarr manual I read online.
I have set the same permissions for the SC-NZBDrone.

I renamed my mappings folder from Sickrage klaar voor Emby to Voltooide Downloads. Restarted the Sonarr service but now the Sonarr log keeps saying it looks in Sickrage klaar voor Emby.

I have used the same remote mapping folder as I have set in SABnzbd.

With Sickchill I never had any issues moving the downloaded files to the right folders.
Any help with the right mappings and permission are appreciated.

Sonarr looks wherever your download client tells it the files are. Are you sure the completed downloads in sab don’t still have the old, non-existing path?

No both are set to the new location.
Weird is also that when I remove the mappings, the log still shows it is looking into the old folder. It shouldn’t look in any folder than, right?

I also see this message but I have no idea if this has anything to do with it?

A Remote Path Mapping maps the path the download client reports to a different path that Sonarr can access the files at. If SAB and Sonarr are on the same machine with the same volume mappings (for Docker) then you do not need a remote path mapping. If you remove a remote path mapping Sonarr will use the path reported by the download client as-is.

Sonarr is getting this path directly from SAB (for old history items), you have a few options to resolve this:

Setup a remote path mapping to remap this old path to the new path
Use a different category in SAB (without previous history)
Remove the old history items so Sonarr doesn’t see them

This is not causing your issue, but yes, you’ll want to upgrade mono, it may cause other issues.

I have deleted all history from Sabnzbd and now all the errors are gone.
I removed the mappings and all new episodes are sorted correctly now.

I will have a look at the mono update because it is not available from within the Synology package center.
