Synology DSM6.2 Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.9.1549
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.20.1.34
OS: DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 6
Debug logs: Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details · GitHub
Description of issue:

I’m moving from Sickbeard to Sonarr. Adding the nzb.su indexer as. a preset I get “Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details”. I’ve added the API from my nzb.su profile. I’ve opened ports up on the firewall for Sonarr - for what it’s worth - tried without the /api location - (not sure where the api actually located, but figure as it’s a preset it must be correct).

Scratching my head, a bit!

Thanks in advance.

Looks like all your network requests are failing due to certificate issues.

Thanks for the pointer - I gave it a go - and also the chmod line in the linked note on Github:

I still have the same issue - here’s the link to the logs:

I tried restarting Sonarr after the process - no joy

Am Rebooting Synology next, will report back once tested.

Rebooting Synology made no difference.

Fwiw, before carrying out the cli proceedure @markus101 kindly suggested, there was a drop-down to select the download app in the indexer add dialogue. This isn’t there now. Not sure if that’s important.
