Suggested rework of log info block in Help & Support template

Hopefully more obvious and clearer for new users.

***HOW TO PROVIDE DEBUG LOGS***
- Read the Logging and Log Files wiki section before posting - https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/troubleshooting#logging-and-log-files
- Change the Log Level to Debug in Sonarr's General settings and then recreate your issue/wait for it to reoccur
- Post the full contents of the log file (not a line or two, or just the error from the Events table) to one of the sites recommended in the wiki
- Do NOT use pastebin.com as their filters have a tendency to block the logs
- Do NOT copy and paste logs here or provide download links to log files
- Do NOT edit, trim, or reformat the logs

Changed the additional Information section to that, but might end up wanting to reorder so it’s the first thing they see.
