Sonarr wont move .mp4 files

Hi,

Good day! How can I make sonarr move mp4 files? I cant even manual import because it cant detect anything on the folder

If you post trace logs to hastebin of the manual import it should show us which files were detected, since the extensions are hidden in your screenshot we can’t tell which extension the video file has.

in the 3rd screenshot I posted what it looked like on windows explorer. Its Mp4.

I saw that, but the actual extension is hidden, we need trace logs for this issue.

Oh btw, I forgot to mention. That’s a mapped drive. I tried using \PCNAME\FOLDER to sab but it wont accept it.

Those aren’t trace logs, but the repeating error is a pretty dead give away:
